When you join the guest list, we collect the details you provide in the form:

• First name
• Occupation or industry, if provided
• Age
• City and country
• Instagram handle or LinkedIn profile
• Phone country code and phone number
• Your consent confirmation

How We Use Information

We use this information to manage the guest list, understand demand by city, review applications, and contact people about future The Pool events and invitations.

Where Information Is Stored

Submissions are stored in our SQLite database. When configured, the database is synced to a Google Sheet used by the team to manage guest-list operations.

Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the form from automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to verify that the submission is legitimate.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the guest list, such as hosting providers, Google Sheets, and Cloudflare Turnstile.

Retention

We keep guest-list information for as long as needed to operate The Pool invitations and events, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your guest-list information by contacting us at privacy@thepool.website.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
